Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables.
