Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Logan County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off.
