Panel welder — Beaver County

Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Beaver County, Utah. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
