Coating plant operator — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jefferson County, Iowa. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 4+ years on the tools preferred.
