Bread baker wanted in Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Grant County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
