Shuttering charge hand — Carroll County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Carroll County, Mississippi. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
