CO2 welder — Perry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Perry County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an automobile body shop. You will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
