Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Egbado North, Ogun State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
