Head baker • Lincoln County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Lincoln County, Montana. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
