Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Effingham County, Georgia. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
