CNC programmer-operator — Fairfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Fairfield County, South Carolina. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Performance bonus on top of base pay.
