CNC mill setter-operator — Macon County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Macon County, Tennessee. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
