Formwork joiner wanted in Starke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Starke County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential tower site. Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
