Groundworker • Franklin County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Franklin County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Full-time, day shift.
