AC mechanic • Smyth County, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Smyth County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall You should have: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Full-time with occasional weekends.
