Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
