Tile mason — Kit Carson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile mason in Kit Carson County, Colorado. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites The role involves check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system.
