System formwork carpenter wanted in Iosco County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Iosco County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
