Commis chef — Hitchcock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Hitchcock County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
