Chef de partie — Tipton County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tipton County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
