Sample machinist wanted in Yakurr

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sample machinist in Yakurr, Cross River State. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
