Plant operator (dozer) — Ouachita County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence You will strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily.
