Great opportunity: system formwork carpenter (Rivers State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State. You will be based on a residential tower site. Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Pay around ₦90,000 per month, based on your experience.
