Die-casting operator wanted in Baylor County

Join our team: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Baylor County, Texas. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling You will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
