Coating plant operator — Dange-Shuni

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Dange-Shuni, Sokoto State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
