Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Dawes County, Nebraska. The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
