General labourer — New Castle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in New Castle County, Delaware. The job is on a residential housing site. The role involves set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate. Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
