Shakeout operator wanted in Coryell County

Join our team: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Coryell County, Texas. You will be based at a busy iron foundry. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Basic grinding and fettling skills The role involves: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
