Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Moore County, Texas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
