Falsework carpenter — Blue Earth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
