Scullery hand — Saint Johns County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Saint Johns County, Florida. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
