Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Sheridan County, Kansas. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels.
