Punch press operator wanted in Pulaski County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a punch press operator in Pulaski County, Kentucky. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
