Production assembler — Franklin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production assembler in Franklin County, Ohio. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. Requirements: • Careful handling of tools and components • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets The role involves: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
