Insulation installer wanted in Allen County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Allen County, Ohio. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding You will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
