Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
