Immediate opening: milling machine operator (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Bay County, Florida. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day-to-day duties: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Full-time with occasional weekends.
