Pipe lagger wanted in Bay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Bay County, Michigan. You will be based at a cold storage facility. You will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
