We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Greene County, Indiana. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day-to-day duties: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
