Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Adair County, Iowa. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. On the job you will handle: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
