Warehouse forklift operator • Porter County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring a warehouse forklift operator in Porter County, Indiana. You will be based at a container loading yard. Requirements: • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks On a typical shift you will charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
