Line cook — White County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in White County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
