Coating plant operator • Davis County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Davis County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
