GMAW welder — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Grant County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy production line. The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
