Vertical transportation technician — Bannock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Bannock County, Idaho. You will work at a busy lift company. On a typical shift you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; run load and overload tests with test weights; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
