Electrostatic spray painter — Ukanafun

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
