Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Bolivar County, Mississippi. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
