Powder coating technician — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Union County, South Carolina. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Meals and transport allowance provided.
