EHS coordinator • Macon County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Macon County, Illinois. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Day to day you will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
