You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
